- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

- 1 tsp red chili powder

- 1 tsp cumin powder

- 1 tsp coriander powder

- 1 tsp garam masala

- Salt to taste

- 1/2 cup milk or milk substitute (e.g. almond milk, soy milk)


Instructions:

1. Cut the paneer into small cubes and set aside.

2. Heat oil in a pan and add the finely chopped onion. Sauté until it turns translucent.

3. Add ginger and garlic paste to the pan and cook until the raw smell disappears.

4. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.

5. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

6. Add the cubed paneer to the pan and mix gently.

7. Pour in the milk or milk substitute and stir well. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the gravy thickens.
