- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

- ½ cup milk

- ¼ cup warm water

- 2 large eggs

For the filling:

- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped

- ½ cup granulated sugar

- 1 tsp grated orange zest

- ¼ cup unsalted butter, softened

For the glaze:

- 1 cup powdered sugar

- 2 tbsp orange juice

- 1 tbsp milk

Instructions:

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Mix well.

2. In another mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, milk, warm water, and eggs.

3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.

5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

6. In a separate mixing bowl, combine the chopped cranberries, sugar, and orange zest.

7. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

8. Roll out the dough into a rectangle shape on a floured surface.

9. Spread the softened butter over the dough and sprinkle the cranberry mixture over the butter.

10. Roll up the dough tightly and cut it into 12 even-sized rolls.

11. Place the rolls in a greased baking dish and let them rise for another 30 minutes.

12. Bake the rolls for 25-30 minutes or until they are golden brown.

13. While the rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar, orange juice, and milk.

14. Once the rolls are done, drizzle the glaze over them and serve warm.

Precautions:

- Ensure that your yeast is fresh and active to ensure that the dough rises properly.

- Don't use cold milk or water when making the dough as it may affect the yeast's activation.

- Don't overfill the rolls with the cranberry filling as it may cause them to burst open while baking.
