- 4 cloves

- 1-inch cinnamon stick

- 1 tsp cumin seeds

- 1 tsp coriander powder

- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

- 1 tsp red chili powder

- Salt to taste

- Chopped coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions:

1. Clean and wash the mutton thoroughly. Drain the water and set it aside.

2. Heat the ghee and oil in a pressure cooker. Add the bay leaves, cardamom pods, cloves, cinnamon stick, and cumin seeds. Sauté for a few seconds.

3. Add the sliced onions and cook until they turn golden brown.

4. Add the ginger and garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

5. Add the mutton and mix well. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until the mutton changes color.

6. Add the coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
